Principal & Founder

Norman A. Zober, principal and founder, earned an MS and Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has over 30 years of successful experience in the operation of both voluntary not for profit, and investor owned multi facility healthcare service organizations. These include hospitals, assisted living services, ancillary service companies, and other types of healthcare service organizations.

Zober is results-oriented and has expertise in the systems, concepts, and platforms that are pertinent to today's healthcare delivery challenges. He is a "hands-on" facilitator; with an ability to assess a situation rapidly, and develop and successfully implement a practical approach to improve perform.

Gene P. InmanGENE P. INMAN

Principal

Gene is a senior level healthcare executive with 17 years experience in operations, administration, and development of hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare related services. Mr. Inman is experienced in business plan development, financial management, budgeting, design and construction, accounts receivable systems, and strategic planning.

Utilizing a hands-on approach that empowers subordinates, he has produced high productivity and increased employee motivation. He is experienced in problem solving, management reengineering, and cost reduction strategies.

Christopher J. EvansCHRISTOPHER J. EVANS

Principal

Chris Evans holds a Master’s in Public Health (healthcare organization and policy), a Postgraduate Fellowship in health systems management, and a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration as well as certificate training in financial and health care specialties. His background includes 25 years of experience in a wide variety of healthcare administrative and clinical healthcare settings.His financial and analytical skills combined with a practical, hands-on approach to problem solving denote his approach.

He is dynamic, articulate, and results oriented. Evans is the principal author of “Integrated Community Healthcare: Next Generation Strategies for Developing Provider Networks” and “Financial Feasibility Studies for Healthcare” by McGraw-Hill and Healthcare Financial Management Association.
